Guest Lecture by Eugene Steurle, Urban Institute.
There will also be an afternoon seminar by Dr. Steurle as well as a reception on the UK campus Thursday, October 10.

The deadline for program submissions is August 1, 2002.
(This deadline has been extended).
As usual, there will be a "Best Paper Award" as well as undergraduate paper sessions and an award for "Best Undergraduate Paper." All entries in best paper competitions must be received no later than Sept. 10.
A preliminary conference schedule will be available in early September.

$45 if received by Sept. 20.
$55 on site registration fee after Sept. 20.
$10 student registration fee.
